Is it my job to reward bad behavior?

A complaint enabled by the fact they paid in dollars

In business, cash is king

And customers bring the cash

So we treat them like kings

And we satisfy their palate by playing sweet

—The mask of a fool

An act of kindness, but an act nonetheless

So if we can act and pretend in front of a customer, then what more can we do in front of each other?
